Sleep Inn & Suites Wenatchee

The bathroom looks fancy, the furniture is nice, and the shower was great. Breakfast was just okay. I couldn't use the pool because it was too cold, and the hot tub was warm but had no jets. My biggest issue was the expensive deposit and how long it took to get it back. Aside from that, the hotel was decent.

The staff made us feel truly welcome, and I even saw coworkers praising each other for their hard work. Management was kind, too. As a former housekeeper, I could tell our room had been properly cleaned before we arrived. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was perfect. I didn't want to leave. Also, try the tea! One of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

Breakfast felt like a priority here, which isn't always the case at hotels. The pastries were especially tasty, and I liked having guava juice instead of only the usual choices. The whole place was spotless and laid out well. Our room had everything we needed, including a really comfy chair and a closet, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The guys at the front desk were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. We'd definitely stay here again.

The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms felt pleasant and homey. Staff were great across the board: the front desk was friendly and efficient, housekeeping was amazing at their jobs, and the breakfast lady and gentleman were friendly and worked hard in that 90 degree kitchen. Great value. I've never given a hotel five stars before, but this one deserves it!
