The area around the hotel was quiet, so we could sleep in. Our room was spacious and clean, and our long weekend felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Juan was especially courteous, and his energy made us feel comfortable when we checked in. We’ll definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay in the end, though it wasn’t what I expected. We got compensation for the inconvenience, and the staff really helped turn things around. Juan at the front desk and Norman Palmer from housekeeping were so friendly and easy to talk to when we needed help or had questions. Big thanks to Ariel at the front desk too. He saw me struggling with the hotel printer at 2am and helped me print my luggage tags. The beginning was rough because we had to switch rooms three times due to several different issues.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, and breakfast had a good variety of items. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was excellent. Thanks to Juan for the complimentary welcome bag. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for a week with friends, and the hotel was clean, organized, and smelled great throughout, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was a big plus for getting around, close to parks and malls and convenient to Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation. The view wasn’t great because it’s next to the highway, but it was still quiet and peaceful, so it didn’t really affect us. The staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Lili and Yasmani, who served breakfast on the three mornings we had it and were always kind. It’s good value for the price, and I’d recommend it as a comfortable, convenient place to stay in the area.
