Mary, the General Manager, was friendly, hardworking, and caring. The owners are lucky to have her leading this location. I’ve stayed at many Super 8 Hotels, and this one is among the best. My room was clean, with the furnishings and bed in very good condition. The lobby and dining area were nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs, breakfast burritos, cereal, oat and oat meal packets, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, breads, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, and jam. There wasn’t a waffle maker.

Mary, the general manager, brings a genuine warmth and care that you can feel throughout the hotel. Every staff member seemed to care, and I felt right at home. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It’s a lovely little place to rest at the edge of town, and I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

I’ve been staying here for work for about 8 to 9 weeks, a week at a time, and I’ve enjoyed every visit. The staff are fantastic, always quick to help with any needs or concerns, and there’s always someone friendly at the desk to greet you or say hi. Rooms are consistently clean, and the hotel has the basic necessities, including in-room coffee makers. There’s also a Whirlpool and sauna, but no swimming pool. I’ve had a wonderful experience and look forward to staying here again.

We both slept well in the comfortable bed, and the rooms were clean. I really appreciate the no pets and no smoking policies. Breakfast was simple but filling, with yogurt, several kinds of oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, frozen breakfast burritos, milk, juice, tea, and coffee. The staff were professional and courteous. We were pleased with our stay and would come back.

Best Western was willing to help, and did a great thing for the veteran. I'm still stunned by how Super 8 treated us. I work as a County Veteran Service Officer, and we needed a weekend room for a disabled veteran whose heat had gone out, while we worked to get it repaired. Temperatures were dropping to -20, and there were hardly any rooms left in town. I explained that we would cover the bill, but the woman at the front desk refused, saying she didn't rent to locals and that making an exception for me would mean doing it for everyone. I won't use this hotel again.
