The view here is something else. Get up before sunrise to really take it in.
I went to check out unit 10 as a possible rental for next year and was met by an older man, shirtless and apparently a few beers in, shouting that it was private property and I couldn't come in. I explained I was there to see the unit, but he kept insisting I wasn't. I later realized he lives there and has a hitch trailer in the driveway. Since he owns his unit and seems to live there full time, I'm looking elsewhere. At least I got a preview of what dealing with him might be like. I wonder if the building is half empty because he scares people away.
We've been coming back for family trips for several years, and the nearby restaurants and grocery stores are handy. The amenities are nice, too. Once our A/C quit, but someone was sent out and had it fixed within a day. It's a great spot for a family vacation.
A nice family atmosphere, and the beach is close by.
