Dolphin Cay 201 by RedAwning

This is about Dolphin Cay Condo 201, which I rented through Surfside Realty. Surfside Realty has been great to work with, but the unit itself was not properly cleaned. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there was hair on the toilet and bathroom floors, and the showers had hair in the tubs and on the walls. The damp smell was really unpleasant. I know a beach place can be a little damp because of the salt and tropical storm and hurricane season, but the return filter hadn't been changed since April, even though it was now late September. Thankfully, there was a spare filter, so I changed it myself. I'm disgusted with the cleaning service. If you don't want to risk breathing mildew or possibly mold for a week, don't stay in this unit.
