I liked having a bar and restaurant on site, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel was easy to find, parking was plentiful and free, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly. I used the digital room key in the app, which was one less thing to keep track of. My third-floor room was away from the elevators, so I wasn't disturbed at all. The room was roomy, with a chair and desk for eating or working, plenty of lighting choices and outlets, plus a microwave and mini fridge for leftovers. The bed was clean and very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The closet had a full-size ironing board and iron, along with a full-length mirror. They got the shower design right: the handle is on the opposite wall from the nozzle, so you don't get wet turning it on. There's a shelf for toiletries and a foot shelf that makes shaving comfortable, and the water was hot with plenty of pressure. I'll save this as my go-to hotel next time I'm in the area.

We've come here several times for medical travel. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to be kind, and the hotel is clean and nice. The area feels safe and is quiet. My only gripe is the bed, which is too hard for me, though that's always the case for me and this one's better than most. They always bring extra pillows when I ask.

In 2025 I've spent 68 nights at Hilton-owned hotels, and this is the first time anyone has fulfilled my request for firmer pillows, even though it's been on my account for years. The rooms were clean, and the service and care were excellent. I'll stay here whenever I'm visiting this end of Phoenix. Also, my iron had a light on it, like a little headlight!

Our original reservation was at a different hotel, but some issues left us without a place to stay. The people at the Hilton Garden Inn helped us book a room and check in at 9am without extra fees. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and nice, and we had good conversations. Our room was super clean, with towels, coffee, and creamer stocked. We enjoyed the stay 100% and will be back. Thank you!

A last-minute change of plans meant we booked this hotel at the last minute. The front desk was great, and the rooms were VERY clean. I think the hotel may be new. Highly recommend.
