EVEN Hotel Miami - Doral Area, by IHG

Breakfast was just right, and everyone on staff made us feel welcome. The room was pleasant, the bed very comfortable, and the clean bathroom had the glass-door shower we like. This was our first time at an EVEN hotel, and we were impressed. The man who checked us in was really nice. He pointed us toward a good place for lunch after mentioning there was a restaurant at the hotel too. We’ll come back and recommend it.

The hotel was clean and well cared for, and the welcoming atmosphere made for a really enjoyable stay. Its Doral location worked well for us, and the staff were friendly with great service throughout. It’s modern and comfortable for either work or leisure, and I’d recommend it. I was there for four nights while having surgery nearby, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. Katherine (not sure if I spelled it right) even left the front desk to help my daughter get me all the way up to my room right after surgery, when I could barely walk. That meant a lot to me. The location is awesome, and both the hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean, and modern. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially since my daughter had to handle everything for me after the surgery. I loved my stay. Thank you so much for everything!

The room was large, and everyone on staff, including the people who serviced the rooms, was incredibly helpful. I really enjoyed my short stay. The one small letdown was the evening meal at the bar. It wasn’t good. For shopping, the location is great. Miami International Mall, Dolphin Mall, 2 Walmart, target, Costco, Michael's, Dicks Sporting goods, and Home Depot are all within 10 minutes.
