Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall

Alejandro was a lifesaver with my deliveries. Several packages arrived before I checked in, and he made sure every one was secured and carefully looked after until I got there. That let me travel without worrying about my things. María, Mario, Connie, and Peter also deserve a special thank you for being warm and professional. The hotel is clean and modern, and the upkeep is impressively pristine despite the high traffic. Dolphin Mall is right there, with dining and great shopping close by. From the location to the logistics, everything went smoothly. This was spectacular, and I’ll be back.

The staff were great, from the friendly front desk to the housekeeping team, who do an amazing job keeping the place pristine. They’re the backbone of the hotel, so please tip your housekeeper. I didn’t try the bar or restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food. I felt safe here. You need a secure access card for the elevator, which added peace of mind, though it took me a moment to figure out the system. The hallways were spotless, with no debris or water stains, and my room was thoroughly cleaned. The gym was well maintained, and the outdoor seating area looked great with chill music setting a nice vibe. The location is handy, between Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall and about 20 minutes from the airport (MIA). The area feels lively and up-and-coming without being too busy or overwhelming. I had a fantastic stay.

I didn’t get to eat at the Flamingo restaurant on the first floor. It was closed the evening I planned to go because of a holiday party. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I had a great stay. I’d recommend this hotel, especially for a one or two night visit. It’s right across from Dolphin Mall, which makes shopping and dining convenient. The property was very clean, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

We’ve kept coming back to Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall because our previous stays have consistently had excellent service. This time, though, the manager on duty, Maria, hurt our impression of the hotel. We had a confirmed reservation to return and asked to store our luggage, but she refused, saying there wasn’t space. We know that wasn’t accurate, since they’ve stored it for us on earlier visits. I made the request through Peter, and his reaction suggested he was uncomfortable, as if Maria’s decision couldn’t be questioned. That came across as poor judgment and a lack of customer-focused leadership. One manager’s attitude can seriously harm a guest’s experience and their view of a strong brand. I hope the hotel reviews what happened, because the hotel and its staff have given us excellent service consistently in the past.
