I only needed somewhere to sleep and take a hot shower, but got the opposite: noise from the street, a cold room, and ice-cold shower water. I know the hotel is beside the road, so there's noise, but with bad heating and no hot water in winter, I can't give it more than one star after paying $90.

The room looked nothing like the website. I posted pictures of what it was really like. There was mold on the shower curtain, dirt along all the baseboards, a dirty floor, and stained towels with the hotel name written across the bottom in red Sharpie. The A/C took two hours to cool the room. There were no amenities, no breakfast, the pool was closed, and the ice machine was out of order. The advertised price was 68, but it ended up being 90.

The rooms were tiny, there were no outlets to charge my phone, and I couldn't sleep because of all the noise outside. The window was broken out and covered with a board. Absolutely nasty.

After booking for seven days, I arrived to find the room in horrible condition. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but after turning on the A/C and refrigerator and coming back two hours later, the room was still over eighty five degrees at nine o'clock at night, and the refrigerator wasn't working. The front desk first seemed willing to help and offered another room, but said it had no TV. I asked for a refund instead. They then said they'd charge me 41 day, even though I'd rented the room just two hours earlier and had only gone in twice. I had to explain over and over that I'd only just rented it, and show them my bank statement proving the charge was two hours before I complained. It felt like an eternity before they finally agreed to refund me. They said it would take forty eight hours to arrive.
