The room was quiet, clean, and well stocked. I had enough space to set up my computer and work, and I made a couple of simple dinners using the cookware. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good mix of hot and cold food. The front desk staff were helpful and held a package for me when I needed one delivered. I had a great stay at Staybridge Suites and would return when I’m in the Charleston area.

Breakfast was the highlight each morning. The ladies taking care of that area kept everything fresh, tasty, and stocked, and seemed to really care about their work. The room was pristinely clean, which made us much more comfortable, and every employee we met was friendly and welcoming. A 10/10 stay for us, and we’d gladly come back.

The people at the service desk were awesome. The accessible room itself wasn’t a good fit for me, though. The bathroom counter was broken, and as a big guy I was nervous about leaning on the sink to brush my teeth in case it gave way. I was there for nine days, and for five of them the cleaning person didn’t leave me body wash. I also had to ask for dishwasher soap on five of those nine days.

The area feels sketchy, but the hotel is quite nice for what it costs. There are lots of places to eat across the way. My room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, and regular guests seem to give the place a homey feel. It was pretty quiet too.

Check-in went smoothly and the room was clean. Mrs. Pam at breakfast was especially sweet. I was in a hurry and the big batch of eggs wasn’t ready, so she made a separate omelette for me. She really made my stay feel special.
