After our flight was canceled, we were tired, stressed, and unsure what to do next. Brittany at the front desk was so kind and patient that she turned a rough day into something manageable and comforting. She went above and beyond, and I’ll remember how much her genuine care changed the experience. The shuttle driver and shuttle service were excellent, too, and helped make everything smoother. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and the whole team. Thank you, Brittany.

We had to extend our trip, and the hotel manager made the change really easy. We originally booked because our medical facility recommended the place, and we’d gladly return if we need to come back. Everyone we met, from the shuttle and front desk to housekeeping and the bar staff, was amazing. The hotel was clean, the grounds were well kept, and people were helpful throughout. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Our toddler had a great time in the small heated pool, and the staff were very nice. Just know that the included breakfast is bananas, oranges, and coffee. Other snacks, including muffins, cost extra. There isn’t a microwave in the room, either, though there is one in the lobby.

The location is close to downtown for the price, and the hotel was modern, clean, and a pleasant surprise. I’d put the stay around 4.5 stars, though the rating options made me choose five. A few things were confusing or annoying, but not a major problem. Staff were kind and helpful. There was plenty of food and drink available on-site late at night, plus nice public areas and good Drybar products in the bathrooms. It was also pretty loud, with extra noise from families and kids. The parking lot across the street was easy to miss at first. At one point something set off the fire alarm and everyone had to go outside. I assume that was a fluke, but it was annoying.
