Breakfast felt like being at home, thanks to Toni’s warmth and cooking. Martin showed us around the grounds and told us about the property’s history. The room was cozy, clean, and quaint, and the spot worked well for getting around Tacoma, from Point Defiance to local restaurants and Tacoma Comedy Club. Toni and Martin clearly care about the house and the city, and we’d happily return. I can’t recommend a stay here enough.

The Villa was a lovely base for exploring the area, and it was beautifully decorated and cared for. Martin and Toni also gave us a warm welcome and shared their enthusiasm for Tacoma and its history while showing us around.

We spent ten days at the Villa while my spouse was in St. Joseph's hospital. Even with the stress, it was easy to rest in the distinctive, charming rooms, with the creek softly gurgling nearby. The old house has a comfortable feel alongside modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and conversations with Toni, Martin, and the other guests were lively and stimulating. Their warm welcome had the kind of storybook spirit you’d expect from Tolkien.

Tacoma is one of our regular weekend getaways, and after staying at the Villa for a wedding celebration, we’re keen to come back. The hosts made us feel welcome, the place has plenty of charm, and breakfast was excellent.

The Napoli room suited us perfectly, with lots of space and thoughtful appointments. We spent six nights at the VILLA and loved the gorgeous house and grounds. Breakfast was different each morning and delicious. We also enjoyed our daily conversations with Toni and Martin, who were entertaining and helpful. We loved the location and everything else about the place, so the VILLA will be our choice next time we’re in Tacoma. Thanks to Toni and Martin for being such gracious hosts!
