Alicia at the front desk really helped us out. There was musical noise from the room next to ours. We complained politely, and she asked those guests to quiet down. It lasted about 30 minutes, so we complained again and asked to move. Alicia brought a luggage cart, helped us transfer our things, and took us to a lovely corner suite. It was so quiet and comfortable, and we got a great night’s rest. We can’t thank her enough and will stay again. It was our first visit, and parking our truck with a trailer was easy. Fast food places were within walking distance, too.

I’ve stayed at several hotels around Tallahassee, and this one felt the most welcoming. The front desk greeted me warmly, the lobby was cozy and well kept, and my clean, comfortable room was matched by a fresh breakfast with lots of choices. It felt like guests came first and were treated like family, with care taken over the details. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whenever I’m in Tallahassee, I’ll be coming back here.

For a quick overnight, the room is a decent size and value. The bed was comfortable, and it was really quiet. There aren’t fancy USB ports, and I don’t recall anyone giving me a Wi-Fi password. We stayed in room 219 on December 11, 2025, and neither of the two TVs worked. It’s a minor issue, but still an issue, and my gut says we weren’t the first guests to run into it. The night attendant said she’d ask her manager about a discount, but couldn’t move us because there were no other rooms available. This shouldn’t happen. Customer beware.

The morning breakfast is a plus, and aside from a couple things, the stay was pretty good. But good luck sleeping: really bright streetlights shine into the hotel, and even the fairly good curtains don’t keep the room dark at night. The toilet flapper also needs replacing because it runs constantly.
