For the price, it’s a good place, especially with a complete kitchen in the room. The rooms are roomy enough for large groups, and the service is very good, though the hotel doesn’t feel welcoming. There’s a noticeable old smell, maybe just from the age of the building. Most other things are bare minimum: the fitness room only has two machines and no weight rack, the pool is small, and breakfast is just muffins and oatmeal. A little more decor in the rooms and hallways would help. Even a few paintings could make the place feel cozier and more luxurious. I’d give five stars if there were just a little more of everything.

Ms. Lawanda was attentive and quick to take care of my maintenance issues. The front desk team, Shanicia, Mya, Jordan, and David, were welcoming and professional. You all represent the hotel so well, and deserve something nice for Christmas from the company, along with Ms. Lawanda. The hotel is clean and very quiet, even with dogs around. The rooms are spacious for the price and have a dishwasher, stove, and microwave. It’s near restaurants, a gym, Walmart, and plenty else. Prices are reasonable too, especially if you’re in town for a travel contract. Keep up the good work.

I felt safe here, and the location worked perfectly for my work trips around Tallahassee, right by I-10 and central to the places I needed. The staff were friendly, relaxed, and very accommodating. My room had a full kitchen and plenty of space for me and my dog. I recommend the place and plan to stay again.

The only nice thing was the free “breakfast” muffins and coffee. The room smelled musty the whole time, even with a plug-in air freshener. The old, tired-looking furniture wasn’t appealing. The toilet clogged on its first use, and they gave me a plunger to deal with it. There were ants in the bathroom too. Room service cost extra, so we didn’t use it. All in all, a very disappointing stay.
