The gym was spotless and had everything I needed for a quick workout, including a large TV with a remote Velcroed to the wall. The renovated room was beautiful and practical, with a desk, pullout couch, microwave, refrigerator, and two TVs. The front desk staff, including Alexis and Shanice, were helpful. I needed work printouts, and they helped me get those done. The young man at the desk also carried my bags all the way to the third floor because the elevator wasn't working, which was a really nice gesture. I missed breakfast, but Miss Ava let me take some of what was left and helped me reach the patio through the Meeting space. She was fantastic. Everyone made this a very pleasant stay, and it was clear they care about their guests.

Dec 2025, I know this review is late, but I promised myself I'd write it. Ana, I think that was her name, mostly worked in the breakfast area and made us feel like we were visiting family at their home. She was kind and made sure we were happy. The breakfast bar was a 10/10, with so many oatmeal toppings that I could eat there every day. The room was super clean, and the whole hotel was clean too. Such a nice, cozy spot.

Breakfast had a variety of options, including eggs, meat, and biscuits they cook there. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel looked and smelled clean and updated when we arrived. Our room looked updated and seemed clean apart from the shower, which had pink buildup, hair, and black mildew. It really needed someone with bleach and a scrub brush, and seeing that made me wonder if other things were actually clean. We also had to ask for extra sheets and blankets for the pullout. We stayed one night and went home. It was a good stay overall, and it would be a great choice if they cleaned the showers properly.

Aaron at the front desk was really friendly when I arrived late at night and made check-in pleasant. My room was clean, and breakfast was fresh. The hotel is right off the interstate and next to the hospital. I'd stay again.

I wasn't feeling like myself this morning, and Ava's kindness and cheerful attitude at breakfast turned my day around. She was wonderful, and everything was fresh and delicious. You don't find many people anymore who take pride in who they are and in their work. Ava brings joy and great customer service. ❤️
