Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, RJ Stadium - Tampa Airport East

I had a lovely three days here and don’t have a single complaint. The hotel was clean and well kept, and I’d definitely come back and recommend it to family visiting Florida. The duck pond behind it is adorable, and the pool lights look really pretty at night. My room was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Alivia, who checked us in, really stood out. The lobby line wrapped around the room and she was the only one at the desk, but she kept smiling and treated every guest kindly. The next morning I saw her pouring coffee and chatting with people in the breakfast room, and later she was on my floor bringing towels to another room. During my stay she seemed to move easily between departments and genuinely enjoy helping. That kind of thoughtful service was a breath of fresh air. The woman who cleaned my room was also very sweet and did a great job. She didn’t speak English, so we didn’t communicate much, but she always smiled.

We ended up here unexpectedly when our flight was canceled, arriving around midnight with my kids, including a sick toddler. I was overwhelmed, and Alivia at the front desk was a lifesaver. She was comforting, patient, and kind, making sure we had what we needed and offering help with real care. After two nights, checkout felt like saying goodbye to family. She made a huge difference to us. The hotel impressed me, too. The lobby and rooms were spotless, and every employee we met was welcoming. Free breakfast was a great bonus, the hot tub was wonderfully hot, and the pool was huge. There’s a nice pond view from the pool and a walking trail behind it. The location is very convenient, with poke sushi, boba, and Potbelly within walking distance in the parking lot, and we even got a hotel discount on food. We’re grateful for the kindness and will absolutely come back.

We all enjoyed our two-night stay and had no issues the staff didn’t take care of. We came from Orlando and Manatee for the stadium series hockey game, and the location is perfect for Raymond James. The rooms were clean, the water in room 417 was scalding hot, and the staff were friendly. Olivia at the front desk was pleasant and stayed busy chatting with guests during breakfast. When we reported a TV problem, we had a working replacement within five minutes. Breakfast was a little weak, but there was a decent selection. They had coffee, which was enough for me. I’d give it 9 out of 10, and we’ve talked about coming back for Bucs games.

I needed a place to stay while a family member was in the hospital. The military discount and free cookie at check-in were such a nice touch. Alivia was friendly and helpful, probably the best hotel staff experience I’ve had. My room was clean and just right, and I slept so well. I can’t wait to visit Tampa again and stay here.
