Sleep Inn near Busch Gardens/USF

Getting here was easy since the hotel sits right off highway 75. My room, number 204, was clean and comfortable, and the rate was really good compared with other hotels. The staff were pleasant and attentive. This is definitely becoming my go-to place.

I met the owner, who was a very nice man, and the staff were just as kind. My elderly uncle stayed here for two weeks, and they went out of their way to accommodate him. We really appreciated how they treated him. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

We only stayed one night on the way to scaradise, and it was a straightforward, pleasant stop. The rooms were clean, with no odd smells, and breakfast and service were both great. Nothing to complain about, and I’d return.

The onsite team were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they honored our reservation. The location was perfect for a short stay. Our room stayed cool, though the A/C rattled and ticked constantly, and while the hallways smelled like smoke, the room itself didn’t. We’d booked through Expedia months ahead for a busy weekend. When I called to ask about checking in a couple of hours early, the phone operator said our reservation might not be available because direct bookings are given priority regardless of when a reservation was made. She was “fake kind” and wouldn’t give me her name. The onsite staff, thankfully, were helpful.
