The daily rate changed during my conference stay, even though I booked within our company’s $500 limit. Two nights ended up costing more than $500, while another was $267, and that caused trouble with my expense report. A month later, I’m still trying to get it approved. Please keep the room rate consistent. The location is a little odd, and Uber drivers sometimes got confused, but once you know where you are, there’s no issue. It’s close to downtown, and the rooms were fine.

The area seemed safe, and there are a few decent places to eat nearby. The lobby is large, while the rooms feel fairly small and limited. Breakfast was about what you’d expect at an average hotel.

Every interaction with the team left a good impression, and I felt welcome and looked after from check-in through check-out. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to go the extra mile. It’s clear they care about guest satisfaction. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality.

For a three-night stay that cost $500, I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. Housekeeping never cleaned my room, even though I requested it. Breakfast was basic, and the pool didn’t look inviting either. The first thing I noticed was a musty smell in the room. At the front desk, I was told, “Honey, it’s Florida, what do you expect?” They offered to come upstairs with Lysol, but I had my own. That wasn’t really the point. I’m also a Marriot Bonvoy member, and I’d seriously think twice before booking with this chain again.
