Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Airport Avion Park Westshore

The staff were kind and helpful, and the kids liked the pool. Towels were available there to use. Breakfast had the usual Hampton selection, waffles, eggs and sausage, plus continental options. It’s close to the airport, but we couldn’t hear the planes. The room smelled a little stale when we arrived, though that was because the air was off.

We spent four days and three nights here and would happily return. The hotel was clean throughout, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and there was a free shuttle. The staff were wonderful and the amenities were great, too many to list. The price was very reasonable for the location. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, and recommend it very highly.

The front desk was awesome, and the room was great. I had to leave at 5am, before the buffet opened at 6, so I can’t comment on breakfast. It’d be helpful if they offered grab bags for early departures. I gave it four stars because the rooms were pricey, and parking shouldn’t cost extra at that rate.

Michael made a long day of airport travel much easier. He took care of us right away, had our room ready practically as soon as we arrived, and gave us all our Diamond member benefits. He was friendly and professional throughout. I wanted to make sure his team and management hear what a great job he did.
