Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport

When we got stranded after missing a flight at O'Hare, this was at least $20 less than the other nearby options, so I wondered if it would be awful. It wasn’t. We were there on NYE, with people partying in the lobby, restaurant, and pool, but the staff saw we were stranded travelers and put us far from the noise. We had a perfectly quiet night and could barely hear the planes. The room was clean and well maintained, the bed was amazing, the shower worked great, and the TV was nice. Check-in was quick and easy, and the counter staff were super friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport ran promptly, and our driver was friendly too. If you’re in the same situation, look no further and book here.

The restaurant doesn’t start breakfast until 7 am, so you’ll need another option if you want to eat earlier. Otherwise, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location near O'Hare Airport was excellent.

The rooms are dated, but they were clean and had what I needed. The pool and surrounding area were clean as well, and the gym was looked after. The location and staff were great. You can see the difference with the new ownership, and they said a full renovation is starting soon. I’ll be back and hope to see the upgrades.

The rooms could use updates. Mine had a musty smell, plus signs of rust and black mold, and the hallways felt worn. The elevators at the back weren’t working during my stay, which was inconvenient. It’s very convenient for airport travelers, and the lobby was modern, clean, and welcoming. I also really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff were. With some maintenance and updates, this place could be a great stay, especially with such lovely staff.
