Saint Joseph Suites Down Town Tampa

The place made me sick, and I’m still recovering from the stay. Everywhere else was sold out, so we were stuck. A friend had made our original booking before I arrived, but while I was on the road the reservation got changed three times, and we finally ended up here. It’s a scam, nothing like the description, and the photos on the site are inaccurate. The “housekeepers” didn’t clean properly. There was dust everywhere, trash in drawers and under the bed, wet towels left in the dryer, and no trash bags. None of the remotes worked. One TV even turned itself on at midnight. The blinds were broken, with piles of dead bugs in the windows. Despite the “no smoking” sign, the place smelled strongly of weed. The “housekeepers” only apologized. Maybe it wouldn’t have smelled that way if they’d dusted, put the air filter in correctly, and cleaned up the trash.
