Serenity on the Sea Luxury Condo w Prvt Balcony

The rooms are basic, nothing special, and there are plenty of other places to stay nearby. There was major construction while we were there, with so much noise and dust, and the staff did nothing about it. They also never told us about the work. Our sliding door wouldn't lock, which felt unsafe since we were traveling with very sensitive documents. Staff either did nothing or failed to let us know about the construction. When we asked for compensation, they refused and pointed to the fine print. Fine, but they showed no empathy. We hated the stay and won't be back.
