I’m always happy to stay here for work. The location is handy for businesses in the surrounding industrial area, and driving downtown isn’t difficult. Prices are good, rooms are spacious and clean, and the suite amenities are adequate. I like having different pillows to choose from, too. They make the bed really comfortable. The front desk is responsive and friendly, check-in is quick, and staff have recognized me a few times. It feels nice to be remembered and welcomed. I also enjoy the weekday happy hour socials, and breakfast has a good mix of hot and cold options. My one frustration is that the hot tub has been broken every time over the past 3 years that I’ve stayed regularly. I love hot tubs, and the pool often looks a little grimy, so I’d really like to be able to use those amenities.

The location loses a star for me because there aren’t shops or restaurants in walking distance, though they’re easy to reach from the interstate. The rooms are clean and stocked well enough, and everyone is welcoming whenever you come through the door. Ms. Delores makes the breakfast area feel like her home. She’s helpful and friendly, and keeps the space clean and well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was comfortable, clean, and roomy enough for our family, and breakfast was good with hot coffee. There was an air-conditioning problem at first, but it was fixed quickly and we were moved to another suite. Itzel was such a sweet host and checked personally to make sure everything was okay after the move.

This older property is well kept and a little gem close to Hard Rock Tampa. IHG always comes through for me with free parking, breakfast, WiFi, and comfortable, clean places. Ms Dolores was wonderful managing the dining area and buffet, everything was organized, clean, tidy, and presentable. Thanks to her and the team. One note: they acknowledged my status, but didn’t offer an amenity or honor my usual profile requests for a high floor and a room far from the elevator. Hope that’s helpful. Thx. MH 🙂🙏🏾☝🏾

The entry doors give a nice, homey impression, but the rooms are worn. The TV is from 2012, and the old AC unit roared like a jet engine whenever it kicked on. I usually bring earplugs anyway. Breakfast filled me up, but it was mediocre. The chicken sausage patty was gray, and the duvet cover had stains. This place should cost $89/ night.
