We ate breakfast at the Julian and dinner at Casa Cami, and the food was very good. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with art exhibits throughout. The pool looked nice, though we didn't use it, and there's a small sandy beach area and a nice deck that could use new furniture. Our corner room had a spectacular bay view, with sunrises and sunsets. The room and bathroom were comfortable, with enough closet and drawer space. It looks a bit worn and could use a refurbishing, but the hotel was excellent for the price and service was great throughout.

Krissy at the front desk made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. She was welcoming, professional, and answered all my questions with a smile. She even booked us a brunch reservation. Her kindness and efficiency made a great impression, and it's rare to find service that feels so genuine and attentive. I'll definitely return.

Posting for my Mom Brandi: I had a problem during my stay that could have spoiled the whole experience, but the staff listened with real empathy and acted quickly to fix it. Kennie was amazing. He answered my call early in the morning and took swift action, with unwavering professionalism. They also checked back to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Krissy was a big help, too, and even offered a special gift for the inconvenience. We politely declined, but the thought meant a lot. Their kindness and commitment to good service turned a frustrating situation into a stay I'll remember for the right reasons. I'm a titanium member and was so impressed that I'll be back and already booked for this coming Monday. All the Best, Brandi.

After a hectic, emotional trip with our grandma, we walked in and Krissy at the front desk immediately took such good care of us. She got us settled in a room quickly, offered a glass of champagne, and gave me a hug when she saw we needed one. She's thoughtful, outstanding, and clearly cares about the people staying here as well as the hotel. We were in real need of some kindness, and hers meant so much. We're grateful for the warmth she brought to our stay.

My wife and I had a great time here for Valentine's Day. We shared the trio fish dinner with mac and cheese, plus a sirloin steak and salad. The food was great and the deal was wonderful. I'd recommend it.
