We were lucky to shoot the second-ever wedding at San Geronimo, and it was brilliant. Hidden in a quiet neighborhood just outside town, the place feels like a beautiful setting where all sorts of artistic ideas could come to life. It's an architectural masterpiece and a real Taos gem.

We had a fireplace in our room last time, and the bed was incredible. The property is historic and recently updated, so it has plenty of charm while still being comfortable. The grounds are lovely and tucked into a beautiful part of town. It's close to everything, yet feels private. Such a cozy, very Taos stay. I'd recommend it and hope to be back soon.

San G has become our go-to gathering place in Taos, and I can't imagine what we'd do without it. We've held birthday parties and big family sleepovers there, and it works for family and friend get-togethers, holidays, little getaways, staycations, intimate weddings, retreats, and private dinners. It has a rustic feel with the quieter essentials thoughtfully considered. The grounds are full of apricot and pear trees in summer, and you'll want to pick the fruit. The location is hard to beat: hiking is just minutes away, the Pueblo is 15 minutes out, the plaza and places like Taos Cow, Chokola, TNT, Manzanita, Juliette, Corner Office, and the town galleries are a five-minute drive, and Taos airport is 25 minutes away. The galleries include Couse Sharp, Harwood, TCA, Fechin House, Atelier 111, Volta, and The Arc. It's a historic property that Emily, the owner, is bringing back to life with care, highlighting the natural light and beauty of the building and grounds. It used to be part of a much larger Taos Cowboy ranch in the 1920s, and now it's a hidden gem in town. Emily goes above and beyond for her clients, even when the quirks of an old property bring some growing pains. Can't wait for our next gathering. Thanks for the sweet memories.

The setting at The Historic San Geronimo Lodge feels like a tucked-away garden, with fruit trees and a peaceful quiet. The property and rooms are gorgeous, the staff are warm and attentive, and the location in Taos is perfect. They're creating something magical here. I couldn't recommend it more.
