Our Airbnb host gave us the wrong access code, so in the middle of the night we called the Taos inn. They quickly made a reservation for me and my husband. Then our host called with the correct code, so we rang Taos inn to cancel. In the morning, manager Brandi called to say the refund had been processed. She was incredibly nice, and the service was unbelievable. I recommend them.

There was live music in the lobby, which was a nice bonus, and parking was ample. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the inn has good rooms at a reasonable price. It’s in a great part of town, with easy access to lots of businesses. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Parking was easy and the staff were friendly. The rooms were beautiful, with gas fireplaces, and the beds were comfortable. I was disappointed there was no breakfast or bottled water. More bath towels would be nice too, since women often use 2 for themselves.

The restaurant was delicious, and the hotel bar was a fun place to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. If you want quaint, comfortable, friendly lodging that feels different from a standard hotel, this place is great. The staff were welcoming and accommodating.

The inn is spread across several courtyards, and the whole place is so dang cute. Last night they were holding an employee party, so the restaurant and bar were closed. When I asked about dinner and a drink, they invited me to share the free food they’d brought in. One of the managers even found me a glass of wine, all on the house. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thanks, Taos Inn and staff. I’ll be back.
