Hampton Inn & Suites Tarpon Springs

The staff were polite and the hotel was clean, but the connecting door in our room let the neighbors’ noise through as if they were with us. At 1 AM they started yelling and talking loudly for a long time. It woke our whole family, including our 9-year-old, and we couldn’t get our sleep back that night. We stayed in February 2026, two adults and one child, and paid $215 a night. When I told management what happened, they offered 5,000 Hilton Honors points, worth roughly $25. For losing a whole night’s sleep because of the room setup, that felt dismissive. We weren’t happy with the resolution, despite the hotel’s response. At this price, sound insulation shouldn’t be a problem, and management should have handled it much better.

The road outside is more like a highway than a town street. You can only turn right, and the turnarounds are tough to use during the day, so you have to go all the way to the light to turn left. Still, the hotel itself was really great, all the stars. Inside, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I slept almost as well as at home. The bed was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel lately. Housekeeping came consistently, with fresh towels and the bed made daily. The free breakfast was genuinely good, and the grounds were clean. The building felt secure, there was plenty of parking, and lots of things were nearby. The breakfast attendants were absolute gems, and the front desk staff were always polite and helpful.

We had a very pleasant pool area for an afternoon swim and a great breakfast selection. We stayed four nights, and the front desk reception was so nice. Vinny was especially helpful when we made a small mess in the room. He came right over to help clean it up. Thank you, Vinny! We’ll be back next time we visit tarpon springs.

The breakfast was quite a spread, and the ladies running it made it both efficient and delicious. I wish I’d gotten their names. At the front desk, Frank, Karis and Vinny were so helpful, and I really enjoyed talking with them. They’re exceptional people. Our room was lovely and the location was excellent for downtown Tarpon Springs. We had a wonderful time, and this place will feel like our home away from home on many more visits. Ruth aka Pamela C.
