The kids were thrilled with the pool, the playground, and the beach just across the street. The property itself was spotless and clearly cared for, and everyone at the front office was warm and helpful, especially Jack. The Wi-Fi was a real letdown, though. We barely had one bar, and it kept dropping, so we switched to cellular data. There’s no dryer either, which made dealing with wet swimsuits a pain. Still, the location is hard to beat, and I’d happily come back.

The steaks turned out great, but getting there was a mess. I came in the off-season and was told I couldn’t use the grill. Right after I put on my $100 worth of steaks, the hostess said she’d dump water on them at 10 pm. We’d brought a foil catalyst for the charcoal so we wouldn’t leave the grills greasy or dirty. I wound up cooking on my tailgate in -5 degree weather. The suite rooms were cramped, the beds old, and the room smelled bad. The pool and “hottub” were freezing, nowhere near warm, and everything felt super outdated. We could barely see the water, either. Wouldn’t recommend it unless seeing the water is all you care about. Zero stars if I could.

We’ve stayed here several times and absolutely love the place. The service is great, and if you need anything, they help you get it. The ocean is right across the street, too. This time I rated the room a 4 because the bed was really bumpy and the pullout couch bed was awful. There may be newer parts of the resort, since we hadn’t had bed problems on earlier visits. Avoid rooms 410-420 for that reason.

March was quiet here, and the ocean views from the property were stunning. Parking was easy, the rooms were clean and roomy, and the price felt like good value for the quality. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, including with restaurant suggestions. We tried two of the places they recommended and liked both. It was a relaxing stay, and I’d consider coming back for another peaceful off-season break. The location also made it convenient to explore the area.

My wife and I LOVE Inn Season Surfside. This was our 3RD GREAT VISIT! We love the rooms, the people, the location, and the indoor pool and hot tub. The beach is right across the street for walks.
