Convenient location, free parking, and friendly staff were the good parts. The rest was a nightmare. We paid nearly $200 a night and got a filthy, uncomfortable room. Right after arriving, we asked for clean sheets because ours looked used, with dirt, stains, and hair all over the bed and pillows, as if housekeeping had just remade it without changing the linen. The replacement bedding was stained and dirty too, and the mattress smelled foul enough to make sleeping miserable. Even though we had a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, so we had to air it out for hours. The bathtub was too dirty for us to feel comfortable showering, and the towels were used and hadn’t been replaced. We noticed that after midnight. We left a few hours later because we couldn’t take it anymore. The only shampoo bottle was empty, and there was just one bar of hand soap. The in-room coffee maker was dirty as well, so we couldn’t use it. Tape and bandaids covered holes in the curtains. There were no amenities besides a dirty pool, and no breakfast. The hotel was fully booked for an event, so we couldn’t switch rooms. I’d never stay here again.

Manager DP made a real difference during my stay. He was professional, kind, attentive, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, super clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent amenities. For what I paid, I got more than I expected. I highly recommend this motel for an affordable, pleasant, relaxing stay, and I’ll definitely return.

DP was especially helpful, professional, and polite, and the whole staff were friendly throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Management was very kind when I asked about changing my booking. I’d accidentally reserved two beds for my husband and me, when we only needed a king, and they switched our room right away without any fuss. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I slept really well after wine tasting and a night out in town. Great value for the price, and I’d stay here again.

We stayed for an extended time at Rodeway Inn Old Town Temecula and appreciated how smooth and pleasant it was. The rooms were well cared for, housekeeping was attentive, and the place felt safe and comfortable. Everyone on the team was welcoming, courteous, and professional.
