Hilton Garden Phoenix Tempe, University Research Park

We arrived around 2 a.m., and Ben at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed. The room had new decor and was spotless, and we'd absolutely stay here again.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were polite and professional, and the place was clean and welcoming. I had a great stay and would come back if needed, though I did have a few complaints. I was on the fourth floor and could hear heavy footsteps or stomping from the floor and room above while trying to sleep. My king mattress sagged in the middle, and the bed squeaked. I was also surprised by a nightly parking fee that hadn't been mentioned when I booked.

Great place all around, from the people to the food and atmosphere. It's spacious and clean, and the staff will get you just about anything you ask for 😆. I'd stay here again if I come back.

Their care and professionalism carried through every detail, and the service and atmosphere felt warm and thoughtful from start to finish. This is hospitality done right, and I highly recommend the property. It reflects what I think the Hilton brand should stand for.
