When our air conditioning stopped working, maintenance showed up quickly and sorted it out with very little fuss. They were professional and helpful, and knowing someone responsive is available around the clock gave me real peace of mind. The front desk had been friendly and helpful from check-in, too. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the property was well kept. The staff's care is what made this a five-star stay for me.

We picked this inexpensive motel because it was close to the airport, and it was okay for the price. I mentioned a couple of things that needed repair. What bothered us most was having no dim light to use at night. With the curtains shut, the room felt like a cave.

Catherine helped me sort out my room and took care of everything I needed. Honestly, without her help fixing my problems, I would have left, so she made staying here worthwhile. She's a hard worker and always seems focused on making sure guests are happy.

I stayed four days while work was being done on the floors at my home, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The noise from the room next door kept me up at 2:30 a.m., and I had to call the desk. The mattress needs replacing, and the towels I got in exchange were worn out too. This is the cheapest motel in the Phoenix tempe area without a deposit, and the room price seems to say a lot about the people you're around. You get what you pay for. I think I'll check out now.
