I had to wait for housekeeping while I was supposed to be getting ready for work, just to receive the towels I’d paid for. I booked for four people, but the room only had two towels and washcloths. When I went to the front desk for more, I was told they were out of one or the other. The guy at the window also had bad customer service.

The room was roomy and the service was nice, so I had a pleasant stay. There are two characters sleeping in the hall, though, and that second entrance needs fixing. I’d stay there again.

The staff and owners are phenomenal, and the cleaning staff is awesome. The rooms are brightly cleaned. It’s an older motel, so don’t expect the Ritz, but I’d recommend this place to anyone coming down this way. Thanks so much, Budget Inn. You guys are the best! I can’t imagine how anyone could have left a negative review. Thanks again.

Naylor RD Metro station is within walking distance. There’s also a McDonald’s nearby, a pizza place and convenience store next door, and a liquor store just across from the hotel.
