The comfort and care here felt like much more than the price would suggest, so I’d gladly recommend the place and return. It was easy to get proper rest in the quiet room, with its spotless condition and peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was simple but thoughtfully prepared, and the reception team made check-in feel smooth and reassuring. They were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely attentive from the start.

The place was welcoming and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was mainly looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but both were unavailable. They made up for it with two breakfast buffets. Breakfast normally isn’t included. I’d still stay again.

The room had several things that needed attention: the TV had no streaming options, its live guide showed no information, and the only lamp could only be switched by plugging it into the wall because its switch didn’t work. I told the front desk, and they said they’d send someone, but nothing got fixed. Breakfast was very good, though it took longer than usual.

The lobby was okay but cold, and the hotel is in terrible shape. I’ve stayed here for la4 years for my wife’s January convention, and it always seems to be under renovation. The indoor pool is always out of service. Door hinges are coming loose from the frame, so the room door takes great effort to close. The bathroom outlet is tied to the lights, leaving no power at night and no nightlight. The front entrance can’t be used, so guests have to go in through the side door. This place needs new management.

The hotel restaurant’s food and drinks are amazing. The rooms are good, though a few things could be improved. Service, location, and staff are outstanding. I’d love to stay here again when I return next year. I’ll be back!
