Travelodge by Wyndham Temple

The manager was very nice and accommodated our last-minute booking. The rooms were clean, and the hot shower was great. It's close to food and shopping, right off the highway. Thank you, I'll be back again.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and the bed had stains and burns all over it. Crickets and spiders filled the room, and when we came back from being out, there were crickets on the bed. The safety hinge was broken off, the door sat too high and bugs crawled in underneath, and we could hear every conversation outside. I wasn't expecting Ritz Carlton luxury, but a box under the bridge would've been cleaner. RUN RUN RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!! The office was closed Sunday, though the gentleman who checked us in did his job well.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but Harry switched us to another one with no problem. The rooms were nice and clean, and there were no issues. Great customer service. I first caught the owner as he was leaving and said, "Glad I caught ya." Harry told me there was someone there to help, but I thought it was pretty awesome that he helped anyway. Later, I'd gone out to get food and forgot my key. Harry was pulling in just like I was, and helped me again without asking any questions.

I've stayed here about half a dozen times, including recently and several times over the past 3 years. Every time I've felt secure and safe. The rooms are clean and comfortable: clean sheets and towels, no bugs, no parties outside, and no noise. No issues, great value, and a convenient location. I'm a traveling nurse, and I'm not being coerced, asked, or paid to write this.
