For the price, it was worth it, and there were no bed bugs. The rooms are cute and fairly peaceful if you can overlook a few things. Our microwave was covered in melted cheese, there was dog hair on the bed, and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper since nobody came to service the room. People were also barbecuing at 9:30 at night. Still, it was a decent stay.

The owners were so friendly and helpful, and this little motel is cheap and easy to reach. We liked it and would stay again. A couple of small issues cost it a star: in room 116, the stopper didn't fit the gorgeous jacuzzi tub, so we couldn't take a bath, and the AC being tucked inside the closet made the room take much longer to cool down. 💜

We won't be coming back. The room was in rough shape and didn't feel clean: stained carpets, an uneven floor, a grimy bathroom, shoddy trim with missing pieces, and walls that looked like they were falling apart. The shower floor buckled underfoot in spots, and the showerhead was only inches above my head even though I'm 5'3. The woman at check-in was nice, but that couldn't make up for the room. We drove a couple of hours to enjoy Klamath falls and it’s best pizza, and booked after the online photos made the place look cozy and decent. At about $61, it seemed like a good deal. Instead, I left wishing I'd paid $20-30 more to stay somewhere with a modern, updated feel. This motel/rev park needs a serious renovation, and I'd advise other travelers to stay elsewhere.

We didn't stay the night, but were still charged for two nights, and good luck getting a refund. Customer service was nonexistent. The room was filthy and badly run down, with bugs everywhere, a broken shower rod, and cable that didn't work. I felt the environment was hostile and unsafe, and the claim that it's family friendly with breakfast included didn't match what we found, since neither was provided. They let gang members live here. Avoid this place at all costs.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the prices are great. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone treated me really well and would bend over backwards to make the stay comfortable. I'd recommend this motel to family and friends.
