Ann is incredible behind the bar. She remembers your name and drink, greets you with a smile, and makes you feel at home. It's the best bar around, even with several restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is great. When it was below freezing, I think the pipes may have frozen and stopped my shower. Jay at the front desk quickly moved me to another room and offered to help with my things. Everyone here is very nice. I'll stay here again when I'm back in Terre Haute.

The breakfast team was excellent, quick with drinks and other options, and the food was pretty standard for a hotel serving hot breakfast. Staff handled check-in well despite a big crowd and the whole Hilton system being down. My room was clean and nice, though the bathroom's motion light barely worked, I had to wave several times to get it on. There was also some street noise at night in the lower room facing the road.

The hotel seems to be in very good shape, and my room was nicely done, clean, and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. I only wish there were a desk chair, since the stool was hard to work from. It's a bit farther out of town, so not very convenient if you need to be in the city.

We love staying here in Terre Haute. The rooms are clean, staff are wonderful, and they welcome dogs. Edith, our Frenchie, was made to feel welcome too. They even had doggie bags on the property. It was perfect.

Beth did an awesome job serving us at the bar last Thursday, especially since she was by herself. Dinner took a long time to arrive and was rather cold when it finally came, but she kept us updated and was very apologetic. You can tell she really loves her job. The drinks were great, she makes one hell of an old-fashioned. I'll definitely be back, even if it's only for an old-fashioned.
