Best Western Terre Haute Inn & Suites

We’d absolutely stay here again. The location is convenient, with easy highway access and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The dinner buffet had fresh salads, hot food, and lots of choices, while breakfast was always hot and offered enough variety for our picky teenage eater. We also enjoyed the bar service and complimentary drinks. The bartenders made a point of chatting with guests, which felt welcoming and personal. Our double queen room was immaculate when we arrived and worked perfectly for our family. Since we stayed longer, we skipped daily room service, but staff were always happy to exchange towels, refill the coffee supplies, or bring anything else we needed. When we found the refrigerator was broken, they replaced it right away with a brand-new one, before we even explained that we needed it for medications. The staff were outstanding, from check-in through maintenance, and regularly checked that our stay was going well. We even saw unannounced inspections to make sure cleanliness and standards were being maintained, which was reassuring. Highly recommend this hotel.

Drury Inn surprised me in the best way. I’d never stayed at one before and wasn’t expecting much, but the room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and relatively inexpensive. Dinner and breakfast are included in the standard room rate. My wife and I are sold, and we’ve joined Drury Rewards. We’ll look for Drury Inn first from now on.

The food was the best part: free breakfast, free dinner, and free drinks, including alcoholic drinks. I travel a lot for work, and it was my first stay at Drury Inn. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the rooms were and how nice and helpful the staff were.

I never write reviews, but this place deserves one. I’ve stayed here many times with my girlfriends, with my fiance, and on another occasion with a friend. It feels like luxury to me, even though I’ve never been to a five-star place. When I requested a couch or an extra bed, they upgraded my room to fit what I needed. The food is delicious, and the staff are amazing and so nice. I’ll always recommend this hotel.
