Hotel Terra Jackson Hole - A Noble House Resort

We paid a lot for the room, but the service and amenities didn’t come close to matching the price. Nobody acknowledged us after check-in for three days, and at 3 p.m. I had to call the desk to get the room cleaned and fresh towels. The hotel seemed short staffed, with young summer workers who were there for three months and didn’t know Teton village. The couch was too small to use, the hot tub needed cleaning, and repairs were needed. At the restaurant bar, two glasses of wine cost $50 and weren’t even full pours. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. If you’re staying in the Village, Four seasons is the only way to go.

Jackson hole is still a place I love, and you can’t beat this location. The staff were lovely and the service solid. But the hotel feels overdue for a full update. I stayed here ten years ago and don’t think anything has changed. The gym is old and short on equipment, and the rooms are small and rough around the edges. I wouldn’t pay this room rate again.

Brunch was solid and the pizza was great. One building’s hot tub was great, while the other’s was mediocre. The location is hard to beat, parking was included, and the staff were friendly and professional. I expected a little more care with the room, though. Some lights didn’t work and staff had to replace bulbs. The toilet ran the whole trip, and exposed carpet tacks by the bathroom door were a booby trap for my kid and wife.

Our 17-year-old pet needed emergency care on the day we were supposed to leave, so we had to cancel our three-night stay. The room was pricey, non-refundable, and booked during high season for ski-in/ski-out access, but Tyler answered my call with real compassion and professionalism. He immediately said not to worry about the room and that they’d refund it entirely, since dealing with a refund was the last thing we needed. He made sure the situation was documented, and the money came back within a few hours. Alyssa, the concierge, had already contacted us a week before arrival to offer help with transportation, rentals, and reservations. She handled our ski rentals smoothly and responded quickly to my questions while helping with this situation too. We were extremely impressed and will be back later this year. Highly recommended.
