We spent two nights here while visiting Grand Tetons National Park, after staying at Yellowstone, so the free laundry was much appreciated. The hotel felt warm and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. For my daughter’s recent tenth birthday, they left a slice of cake in the room for us. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the hotel tubs. One evening we ordered room service for a fun night in, and it arrived quickly and tasted great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d happily recommend staying here. I imagine it’s enchanting in winter, though we don’t ski. It’s a comfortable home base for visiting the Tetons if you don’t want to rough it.

I didn’t stay at the lodge, but I used the spa for massages a couple of times. Justin was excellent. He asked the right questions to focus on the problem areas and listened to my answers. A great experience.

It was a dream stay, and the views were stunning, especially from the rooftop hot tub and even from our room. We had lots of amenities to enjoy, including indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a fireplace, and a spa. The restaurant food was amazing too. The staff were always kind, especially Marco, who even gave us a little tour at check-in. They were so accommodating with all our requests because, to my surprise, we were getting engaged during the trip. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. The website photos don’t do it justice.

The staff were kind, the restaurant was delicious, and having free laundry on site came in handy. The location was peaceful, around 25 minutes from Jackson. My husband and I chose Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa for our honeymoon, but I don't feel the price matched the stay. Maybe our pet friendly room had something to do with it, but the bed was hard, and the pillows were so flat that my husband went to Target to buy me one. I know this area is costly, but we've had much nicer stays for less.

Getting to the Moose entrance was an easy drive, with just a few more miles to reach the Teton road. The hotel has plenty of complimentary extras, including guest laundry and e-bike use. Our breakfast and drinks were thoughtfully put together and tasted great. The rooms have nice furnishings and lots of little details, and the lobby is especially striking. It's an upscale place with welcoming staff. A perfect visit!
