We booked on the same day and got one of the last rooms, a king suite that fit two adults and our two toddlers perfectly. Beth was very accommodating and had a pack-n-play with extra blankets and sheets waiting in the room. It was clean, had plenty of towels, and the blackout curtains worked well. The pool was clean and supplied with towels, breakfast had lots of fresh choices, and the shower pressure was quite good. It seemed a little pricey when I booked, but turned out to be one of our best hotel stays in a long time.

Just off the interstate, this hotel worked perfectly for our trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. We did have to drive farther into town to find something to eat, but the location still seemed good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It's centrally placed near good shopping and dining, with easy driving access to everything. I'd definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at plenty of Hampton’s over the year, and this is one of the best. The pool outside is great, and the hotel is centrally located by the mall and several restaurants. Ashdown, where my event was, wasn't too far away. Breakfast was hot and fully stocked, and the dining room was spotless. Ari was working and stayed busy even with only a couple customers, while being so friendly. I know what to expect at a Hampton, but the service here was top notch. Great job, Ari!

This was our second stay, and both times we've run into maintenance problems. This time the bathroom door handle wouldn't let us close the door, so they moved us. The second room had the same issue with its bathroom door, plus a terrible noise from the air conditioner. I called the desk in the morning and they said they'd tell maintenance. I also asked for more towels for the four of us; housekeeping left three. Later they called to say maintenance couldn't stop the AC noise and offered to move us again, but we just didn't want to move another time. For a hotel at this price, this really wasn't what I expected.
