On a motorcycle loop of the USA from the east coast, my buddy and I found the hotel clean, with friendly, accommodating staff. We especially enjoyed talking with the bartenders Kasey and Roscoe. Even our brief chat with Kasey made the stay more memorable. She was so nice and upbeat while dealing with challenges most of us probably can’t begin to understand. If you stay here, sit at the bar and talk with her. We’ll remember it for a long time. God bless!

A convenient spot for a road stop, with restaurants within walking distance. The staff were nice. A young woman working late at the bar/restaurant was very personable with guests, and she was there again early in the morning with the same great energy.

I was nervous about staying anywhere in Texarkana after reading hotel reviews, but the recent comments here were encouraging. My fiancé and I were driving back from visiting his family in Texas, and after a long day we decided to stop and start fresh in the morning. We were glad we chose this hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the area felt safe. I’d recommend it for a clean, safe stay.

The layout was like a typical Marriott, and there’s no free breakfast. The staff were super nice and helpful, but the smoke smell was the biggest problem. We changed rooms and floors, yet the hallway still smelled so bad I blocked the door with a towel. The room wasn’t clean either. The floors were stained, and the bathroom looked like it had been mopped with very dirty water. The whole experience left me thinking people should stay elsewhere.

The receptionist was first rate and got us checked in straight away. We ordered the famous turkey avocado BLT sandwich with award winning frys that the courtyard is famous for, and it was delicious. The hostess was perfect and offered all kinds of fixings with the meal. Everyone was so friendly. I’ll tell people about the great experience.
