When the air conditioning at home went out on Monday, I called Hampton inn and spoke with a woman whose name I didn't catch. She left a note for the next person, Ladonna, who really went above and beyond. I needed to check in early because I couldn't stay in the heat, and although they only had Queen rooms, she upgraded me to a suite with a king size bed. She was so understanding and made my day. She even gave me some free swordfish candy, which I love. I told her I'd give her a great review because I'd had enough of being hot. Later, I left my tumbler behind, and the guy working that evening found it for me, making my day all over again. The people here are wonderful. Thank you all for taking care of me. If I need another stay, this is where I'll come, and I'll be glad to see Ladonna and the other woman again, though I wish I knew her name. ❤️🥰

I chose this hotel because I expected to arrive late and could use a digital key. I got there at 1:30 a.m., didn't see any employees, and skipped breakfast. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the restroom was a good size. Check-out at noon was the best part after 12 hours of travel, with another 9 hours ahead. It's by the mall, and I'd stay again. If you're reading this, you're loved. Safe travels ❤️

The people made this one of my best Hampton stays in a while. The room itself was big and comfortable, though the AC wasn't as effective as I'd hoped and there was a faint humid smell that didn't bother me personally. Astonia was especially helpful: she arranged a late checkout so I could take a work Zoom meeting while traveling, and offered the lobby afterward if I needed it. The overnight staff member also brought me a fan quickly when I called about the AC, even though they were working alone. The breakfast attendant and housekeeping staff were warm and pleasant too. I'd give the room about four stars, the service five, and Astonia ten.

The room was spacious and worked great for our family, and I liked the bathroom's dim night light for getting up without being blinded. The property felt clean and inviting, breakfast had a good range of choices, and the dining area was clean as well. Getting there from the freeway could be more direct, and nearby construction plus cars taking up multiple spaces made parking tricky. I was disappointed not to be recognized as a rewards member or get the bottled water and snacks I usually receive at other Hilton owned properties. Still, among the places I've stayed in this area, this was easily the best value.

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking, so most of the stay was easy enough. At check-in we weren't given the two complimentary waters, even though the guest ahead of us got hers, and I had to go back downstairs to ask later. The bathroom was also missing conditioner. It was an okay stay, but those service details need more attention. Next time I'll stay at the Hilton.
