I’ve been a member for a long time, and this was ridiculous. I booked a King room for three nights, but the hotel changed it to two queens without telling me. No call, and nobody mentioned the change at check-in. I only found out when I got to the room. The desk said they didn’t have a king and offered 1,000 points, but I wanted the room I’d paid for. The room looked like a refurbished Motel 6, and I was glad I’d brought my own sheets. I should’ve booked an Airbnb. The manager and customer service decided 7,000 points was enough for the trouble, even though a king for one night costs at least 22,000 points. The customer service was horrible. I’d rather stay under a bridge than spend a night there.

We stayed here twice in the past month, with different breakfast staff each time, and both visits were consistently excellent. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went the extra mile to make breakfast enjoyable, with prompt, thoughtful service and smiles throughout. We really appreciated the care and recommend the hotel.

We love visiting Bridging the Gaps ministries in Texarkana, and usually stay at the Holliday Inn express. The facilities are clean, and the staff service is exceptional every time. Breakfast is one of our favorite parts of the day. We like chatting with other guests, but we also enjoy visiting with the staff and have built relationships. We look forward to seeing Lynda again. The breakfast is wholesome, and the setting reminds me of Hawaii or the islands. Some mornings I dress up and imagine there’s a beach nearby. There are pools, so there’s plenty of water for fun.

We needed rooms for our employees during a snowstorm after flights were canceled and other travel plans fell apart. Booking online was easy, and I followed up with a call that evening. Quinn, the front desk manager, was wonderful and so helpful. Her kindness made a frustrating situation with canceled flights, car rentals, closed airports, and more much easier. Thanks to Quinn and the morning manager too, whose name I didn’t get. We appreciate it so much.
