Best Western Red River Inn & Suites

The breakfast staff ruined the stay for me. They loudly scolded a man who came in and ate a little breakfast, apparently without a room, and threatened to call the police. He may have been homeless, but that wasn't certain. They shamed him in front of everyone, then talked about him to the other guests after he left. When the woman stepped out, the rest of us just looked at each other, stunned. If staff need to note license plates or call police about people eating without a room, I understand, but they could handle it discreetly. Hospitality means being hospitable. The whole breakfast crew joined in, so I think they need a new staff there. This was my second stay and will be my last. Both times, the breakfast Nazis were hollering at people not to come back and complaining about having to put food out. I've never seen anything like it, and it spoiled breakfast and most of my morning. The room was okay and mostly clean, and the front desk woman was fine. But the breakfast staff spoiled the whole visit. I don't want to set foot in this hotel or any Best Western again if that's who they choose to employ. Next time I'll take my money to Choctaw. I've always had a much better experience there.

We slept in a nice, clean room, though the air conditioner was so loud it woke us several times overnight. The location was great, and so was the staff.

They don't clean your room until you check out, which kept this from being a 5 star stay. This was my first time at a Best Western, and I thought the quality was comparable to Hamilton.

There are lots of food options nearby, and the location is perfect. Really nice hotel, with great rooms and staff. I HIGHLY recommend it.
