The digital key made getting in easy, and I could skip the desk while carrying my bags. I liked the room’s modern style and the layout worked well for a quick business trip. It was clean when I arrived, with no odd smells in the room or lobby. Breakfast had good options, and I especially liked being able to add honey and cinnamon to my coffee. The shower was a little short, but that didn't bother me. The only downside was black mold around the ice machine chute and outside of it. As someone who loves ice, that was disappointing, though not enough to ruin the stay. Great hotel and very fair pricing. I’ll save this location for my next trip to the area.

It’s an affordable option and really convenient for events at Liberty. The price lines up with what you get. The staff were great, though, and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The hotel itself is old, the walls are thin, and it was tough to sleep with the heater rattling and the fridge knocking all night. The toilet wasn’t working right either, and the rooms are small.

We had a room issue on our wedding and women's conference trip, but Gino stepped in and took the initiative to clean a dirty room so we could move. He was attentive, knew the business, and made us feel very welcome. When he heard my wife had only eaten popcorn at the conference, he even bought her a frozen meal from the market with his own money. Gino was the opposite of the disrespectful young people you sometimes hear about, and we felt well looked after. A wonderful stay, and I'd highly recommend this hotel. Gino is the person you'd want helping with any needs. Way to go, Hilton!

The staff were friendly and pleasant, and it seemed clear they liked working with each other. Snow kept falling during our stay, but they were constantly mopping the floors and elevator, and there was plenty of hot coffee for guests. I arrived just before the 'bomb cyclone' snowstorm hit the southeast United States. The front desk expected 4-8" of snow and asked me to let them know as soon as possible if I needed a second night. Luckily, we did get snow, but it wasn't as severe as forecast. I highly recommend Spark in Lynchburg, VA!

Gino and Savannah on the 3-11 shift are a terrific team. They’re kind, care about their jobs, and know how to work with guests and help with whatever issues come up. Spark, you’ve trained two very good employees. This hotel will be a must for my future business trips with my husband.
