The location was handy, and I found the hotel very nice. My room was spacious, with a couch, and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good aside from the usual hotel-style eggs. The one thing that bothered me was finding the hot tub full of unattended, screaming kids when I went to use it at 9 p.m. I think it should be for adults after that time.

I spend most of the month at the Thatcher, AZ. Comfort Inn for work, and it feels like home. I head out in the morning and come back later to a welcoming front desk and a really clean room. During my last two-week hitch, Star Sierra was on my floor. I appreciated how professional she was and how much effort she put into my room. I enjoy staying here. Thanks, Comfort Inn.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff really seem to look after guests. It's a cute place in Eastern Arizona. I was here for work, so I don't know the rates, but I'd expect them to be reasonable.

The customer service was friendly, and they handled what I needed quickly. The room itself wasn't clean when I arrived: there was hair on the bed, and the shower looked like someone had poured coffee or another dark liquid in it. The cable wire was broken, too. Breakfast was very basic, with dehydrated eggs.

We've stayed here a few times and like that breakfast is a proper meal. The rooms and bathrooms have been clean, and the AC units are in good shape. This last time, though, someone was smoking inside. I don't know if that's typical. It also feels a little pricey for a Comfort Inn, and none of the rooms I've used had bathroom towel racks. Without those drawbacks, it'd be a solid four stars.
