The Columbia River hotel has changed for the better. It's luxurious, accommodating, warm, and friendly now, and I had the best stay here recently. The hotel itself is gorgeous and a pleasant place to be. Tammy, the woman working the last shift at the front desk, was especially kind and helpful. I asked late at night to use the printer for my fantasy football wagers, and she let me, even though she didn't have to. She literally never said no to me, which is rare in my experience with overnight front desk staff. Bravo to the ownership group, they have to be the best around here. Book a room and see for yourself, it's worth it. Five stars, anything less is an insult. 10 out of 10, I recommend it.

The rooms are a bit small, but I had a great stay and a lovely view of the river. I had a few minor issues, and the manager, christie, I think that was her name, took care of them and made sure I enjoyed my stay. The river location was amazing for the price. I'd definitely stay again.

We spent three days here and never felt like going anywhere else to eat. The restaurant's burgers and club sandwich were great, and the homemade potato salad was so yummy. We also had meatballs and bread, which has me hungry just thinking about it. The place was beautiful inside and out, with friendly, helpful staff and a very pet friendly atmosphere. Our room was huge, comfy, and peaceful. The warm shower was so nice I didn't want to get out, and we enjoyed walking all over the beautiful grounds with our dog. Definitely an excellent stay, highly recommended.

I was here for one night on a business trip. The room was plain but clean and neat, and it met my expectations. The staff were polite, and the coffee shop barista made my day. Thank you.

Our room was clean and simply styled. The patio had great views of the river gorge and opened straight into the airy lobby through a whole wall of doors that rolled open. The coffee shop inside was a must-stop before we enjoyed the lovely early fall weather outside. The one downside is that the king rooms all face the parking lot. Only the double Queen rooms look out over the river, and I hadn't thought to ask about that ahead of time.
