The breakfast was fresh, had plenty of choices, and was included. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our group of faculty and students was large, but they found rooms for all of us and provided the services we needed during our brief stay. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the heat worked well, though it cycled on and off. The fridge, microwave, and safe were all reliable.

Check-in was easy, even though we arrived late in the evening. The kids loved the pool, breakfast was phenomenal, and we felt safe. Everything was clean and the staff were amazing. It was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in a while.

After checkout, I saw an extra $55 charge and called the hotel. They said it was for pizza sauce on a towel. My kids had eaten pizza and got some sauce on it, and somehow that meant a $55 fee. Getting into the room was frustrating too. I arrived with a baby and my hands full of luggage, but couldn't turn on the lights. It was pitch black, so I felt around flipping switches before using my phone flashlight. That's when I found the wall device where you insert your room key to activate the power. Staff hadn't told us about it.

The windows wouldn't open, and the lights were confusing at first, though we figured them out. The service was nice, the room was pleasant, and breakfast was phenomenal. The beds were comfortable too. It was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in.

The room was very clean, and it stayed quiet even with the hotel nearly full. I wish the HVAC had a fan-only setting since I need some white noise to sleep. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30 am, which feels a bit late when many people start work at 6.
