The free breakfast was good, but the squeaky, old beds kept us from getting a good night's sleep on our overnight getaway. We came hoping to sleep well and soak in the hot springs tub, but at 8:45 a.m. it was empty and being cleaned. No one told us at check-in that cleaning happens Mondays and Thursdays. They said it would be a few hours before it was ready and suggested we go to the other hot springs. I was very disappointed. On top of that, they'd lost their liquor license, so the lounge was closed.

We just checked in recently, and the staff were friendly and honest. I left a tiny necklace with a lot of sentimental value, and they turned it in to lost and found. Kudos to the housekeeper who found it, and thank you to Miss Daniel at the FD, she's such a darling. Special thanks as well to Mr. Chad at the front desk for the wonderful accommodation. Your kindness and honesty mean a lot. The place feels safe and like home, even when you're away from home. I'll surely come back because of you all. Five stars for you guys! Gracias!!!!

It's a nostalgic place, a throwback to when life was free of cell phones and laptops and people focused more on each other and adventure. We had an amazing time walking around the hot springs and taking our kids to the teepee pools. Not modern, but a great experience overall.

I'm a nature lover and don't support their game hunts, but to each their own. The location keeps me coming back, along with the friendly service. Breakfast is great, and the hot tub is perfect at night.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and told me where I could find wild bison. Seeing them was an amazing experience. The hotel is in a great spot right by the park, and the attached restaurant is quite good. The game trophy decor is the worst part. Everywhere I looked, something dead was in view. There were hundreds of disturbing photos, including one of a man disemboweling an elephant and others showing human body parts being removed from a croc's severed belly.
