Melissa made my stay a great one. She was warm, professional, and ready to help whenever I needed something. The hotel is fortunate to have someone so dedicated.

I come back to Louisiana often to see my elderly parents, and I plan to stay here whenever I visit from now on. A third-party booking site left me unable to change my reservation within 24 hours, even though travel plans can change. I was charged for a weekend I never stayed, but Dilip, the Regional Manager, called me himself and sorted things out. I got to stay the following weekend instead. I really appreciate the help.

Philip and Jessica are awesome. The front desk staff have been the friendliest and warmest I've come across so far.

The manager still wouldn't refund me, even though I couldn't stay there. The place smelled horribly of mildew, and the photos were misleading. There were stains on the carpets and sheets, the wood looked badly chewed up by termites, and the bed was hard. Disgusting.

They were so kind about our event and even gave us another thirty minutes. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us.
